DIAM® Closures

DIAM® is a technological closure with a patented composition, which is manufactured from cork and treated by the patented DIAMANT process. Validated by several world-wide independent laboratories, the DIAMANT process uses super-critical CO2 to eradicate 2, 4, 6 – trichloroanisole (TCA) and 150 other compounds.  By varying the cork granulates size and the density of the cork granulates, DIAM closures offer wine preservation time frames from 2 years up to 10 years.   Every DIAM closure is clean and consistent from bottle to bottle. G3 Enterprises is the exclusive distributor of DIAM closure in North America. We finish and print DIAM closures at our ISO 9001 and 14001 Closure facility in Modesto, CA. We currently offer stock DIAM 2, 3, 5 and 10 with a grape printed pattern and 47mm DIAM 5 with “Tradition” print (which resembles natural cork grain) for still wine. In addition, we offer stock Reference technological cork for beer.
 

Vinotop® Synthetic CorkS

As a result of the VinoTop synthetic cork’s patented foam core and elastic no-leak seal, this co-extruded alternative cork ensures that oxygen transmission occurs in predictable and uniform rates.  The VinoTop synthetic cork is available in grape printed 22.5x37mm and 22.5x42mm sizes.
 
Diam closures and VinoTop synthetic corks are packed 1,000 per bag or 3,000 (3 bags of 1,000 corks) per case in double wall cartons.
